Shipping

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most counties. We use a Royal Mail International Service with a signature required on delivery. Parcels generally take 3-5 working days to Western Europe and up to 10 days to many other destinations. Delays occasionally occur, so please allow 15 working days to all destinations.

UK Next Day £8 (order by 13.00 for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 13.00 on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday)

Europe £10 via Royal Mail

Rest of the World £14 via Royal Mail

Can I Combine with a Cat Gallery Order?

Unfortunately not. We use a remote third party warehouse operator for Cat Gallery parcels. The Lucky Cat Shop products are sent directly from our York shop.

Returns

How Can I Return A Product?

To do this, it would be really helpful if you could email us at hello@theluckycatshop.co.uk as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us. P&P charges are non-refundable, except when returning faulty or damaged goods.

Returns - Faulty items 

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible by email at hello@theluckycatshop.co.uk. Our customer services team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.

Returns - Unwanted Items 

All of our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.
